Pevonia Wellness To-Do #5 – Do an At-Home Foot Soak
An at-home foot soak is not only a wonderful way to relax the muscular tension in your feet, but it also relaxes your mind!
First, fill your bathtub or a container that is large enough for you to fit both of your feet in with warm water (make sure that it’s deep enough to cover your feet, with enough room to move around comfortably).
Next, choose a product based upon the healing properties that your tootsies are in need of, add your selected product to the warm water, and stir. Then submerge your feet, sit back, and relax as these products work their magic!
Pro-Tip: We know that it’s not the most glamorous solution, but even a Rubbermaid container will do the trick!
